2026 repress of A Different Kettle Of Fish, a tribute to the legacy of Strange Weather Studios and its lasting influence on the original London Tech House sound.

Founded by Laurant Webb, Dave Coker, Justin Bailey and Dave Pine, Strange Weather Studios became a key creative hub in Southeast London, shaping a generation of underground electronic music through a series of influential productions and collaborations. Closely connected projects including Housey Doingz, 7th Voyage, Space Bunny, Get Fucked and Green Eyed Monster helped define a raw, groove-led and unmistakably London-driven approach to Tech House.

For this release, Laurant Webb and Yossi Amoyal selected and restored the material directly from the rare original DAT tapes, presenting the music in carefully remastered form while preserving the character and spirit of the recordings.

Released via Sushitech Records, A Different Kettle Of Fish reflects both the history and continued evolution of London Tech House through a collaboration rooted deeply in the culture that shaped it.
