Berlin-based artist and label head Tom Peters returns to his techno-focused imprint …is serving with CAN U, a four-track vinyl-only release featuring remixes from Ketch and Steffi.
The title track, “CAN U”, balances hypnotic groove with restrained intensity, combining metallic percussion, textured synth work and a haunting vocal presence. Ketch reinterprets the original with a tougher rhythmic framework, reinforcing its drive while expanding its atmospheric depth.
On the flip, “Control Conscious” moves further into darker territory, built around rolling grooves and a focused, cinematic approach. Steffi closes the EP with a remix that draws on her signature blend of deep, groove-led techno, combining warm chords, precise percussion and fluid movement.
